Prom + other randomness

First of all this is me walking downtown in 90 degree weather taking pictures of Carrie for my photography class(I look horrible)

I think this is the best piture ever of me!

you might notice I am wearing two diffrent shirts in these pictures. half way through getting my hair done we realize I wouldn't be able to get my hoodie off with out ruining my hair so we took it off there so she could fix it.

I look kind of 40's glam

I was smart and wore flats but I was even shorter than usual because everyone who are all ready taller than me wore heels

It looks like Carrie's hair is longer than it is and everyone thought she was me.

I had a date with Jeremy and it was fun:)

We went to a sushi place (I had never had sushi before so he decided to take me for sushi)

It was good but bland. I needed sugar when I got home. I felt so confortable with him and we talked and talked. I am so happy. I hope we will do it agian.

Oklahoma weather is crazy! first it snowed. The next week we got up to 92. Then we went back down to freezing. Today we got into the 80's. I never know how to dress! So today we went to the lake.

I was watching tv and this commercial came on and they are showing news clips it say
"gay rights bills continue to be passed"
I thinks ok this could be and good commercial
It goes on about churches being burned and something else and then you see the word warning
then tis guy comes on and says "You have see the bad news..." and he goes on and on. I tuned it out because I started to rant about how gay rights bills being passed is not a bad thing! It made me so mad

It was a commercial for a church.

my really long trip to independence (rant)

I am sick today and stayed home form school. This gives me time to think. I was thinking how no matter how much I try my mom will not give me very much independence. Don't get me wrong i have a whole lot more independence now than I did a year ago but I am 7 months from being 18 and I have never gotten to go out one night with my friends!

* I got my licence because my mom was complaining about having to drive us every where. Up until Carrie and I got in to 2 separate plays she was driving us to every rehearsal.

* I got a job so I could pay my own gas. She is still paying for my gas becasue she wants me to spend it on whatever I please. You know mom eventually my intire income will have to go to bill so I need to learn resposibillity with my money.
but when I want to treat the family to dinner she says no.

* I decided I want to spen my money on tap lessons. I picked Kirby Kasting Studios because I know them but they are also really expencive. That was my choice. My mom decided she would half it with me.

And then she wonders why carrie expects everyone to pay for things for her and she doesn't feel she needs to get her licence or get a job or have any responsibility for her actions. It is because she doesn't need to.

I am trying to gain that sence of resposibility but my mom keeps taking it away.

This photographer came to the spotlight Back in 2003 to take pictures of the Drunkard for the book America 24/7 and we got a CD of all the pictures

It was so wierd him taking pictures of me putting on make-up. I look so young with my short hair

This was such a horrible wig. Shortly after this we switched to the wig we use now.

I get to sing a song in the show and it is quite funny

The review for assassins was in the paper today and the reviewer is an idiot

The Major thing:

she gave Carrie a bad review because her Spanish accent was horribe.
Of course It was a horrible Spanish accent becuase it is an Italian accent!!!!!

Other bad things:

she wrote the show features 8 people who assassinated presidents and 8 people who have attempted to assassinate presidents
now tell me which 8 presidents have been assassinated. There are only 4. There is only 9 assassins in the show not 16!

Did you know FDR had cronic stomic pains and that is why Zangara attemped to assassinate him? It was Zangara with the stomic pains!
